How to read this page

These are independent studies published by third parties in scientific journals, on the field of neurocognitive and visual training. They are not studies of the NSS platform, nor do they evaluate our exercises: they are the literature the method is built on.

Several of these reviews point out that the evidence is still heterogeneous and that better methodological designs are needed. We say so in each entry where it applies, because we believe that showing the limits of the evidence is part of taking it seriously.
